QUEZON CITY | August 30, 2026 — After days of heavy rain, the skies finally cleared, setting the perfect stage for a day of fellowship, friendly competition, and Rotary camaraderie.

The Rotary Club of Cubao Central officially launched Rotabowl 2026 at the AMF Bowling Center, Ever Gotesco Mall, Commonwealth, Quezon City, bringing together 24 Rotary clubs for a colorful celebration of friendship and sportsmanship.

The event opened with an energetic Parade of Teams, as participating clubs proudly marched into the venue, displaying their creativity, unity, and unmistakable Rotary spirit. More than a sporting event, the parade reflected the fellowship that brings Rotarians together beyond their usual service activities.

In his remarks, District Governor Rhyan Virrey highlighted the importance of fellowship, wellness, and fair play—values that remind Rotarians that service is strengthened when members build genuine friendships and well-being alongside one another.

Excitement reached its peak during the Ceremonial Roll-Off, officially signaling the start of the tournament amid cheers from participating teams.

Adding color to the celebration, Rotary Club of Talipapa was recognized as Best in Muse, while Rotary Club of Roosevelt captured Best in Uniform.

With laughter echoing across the lanes and friendly competition setting the pace, Rotabowl 2026 began not simply as a tournament, but as another opportunity for Rotarians to connect, celebrate, and create lasting memories together.
